gnomenav is a two-machine homelab: a Ryzen compute box and a ThinkPad x220 NAS, running 30+ containers behind Cloudflare Zero Trust. Built on the principle that infrastructure should answer to the operator, not the other way around.

The whole stack is open at github.com/ZNav/gnomenav — compose files, ops CLI, runbooks, and the failure writeups. A fully declarative NixOS rebuild is in progress.
